  • I am deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals navigating all relationship structures, including non-monogamous ones. I provide a safe, affirming environment where you can speak openly about your identity and experiences without fear of judgment.

  • Our relationship with food and our bodies is rarely just about the food itself; it’s where identity, control, and emotional experiences collide. I support teens and adults in looking underneath the surface at the relational and psychological factors that keep these cycles in place, moving away from "willpower" and toward true healing.

  • Depression is often more than "sadness"—it can manifest as a loss of motivation, existential weight, and the heavy grief of holding too much on your own. I provide a supportive space to process these feelings, helping you navigate the complexities of anxiety while building a toolkit for emotional regulation and resilience.

  • I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals by creating a therapeutic environment that respects and affirms how your brain works. We will work together to find strategies that honor your unique needs rather than trying to fit into a neurotypical mold.

  • I move beyond traditional "discipline" to help parents understand the why behind a child’s behavior. Using my background in behavior management and parent training, I help you decode the emotional needs driving your child's actions. My approach is about building a sustainable relationship based on connection and clear communication rather than just compliance, giving you the tools to support your child’s development with confidence and patience.

  • I view the family as a relational ecosystem where each person’s "humanness" impacts the whole. My goal in family therapy is to untangle long-standing patterns and "cycles of holding" that keep families stuck. I create a balanced, respectful space where every member can feel heard, helping you move away from shame and toward a shared understanding of the relational factors that influence your family’s unique dynamic.

  • Major shifts—whether starting a new career, navigating a breakup, or transitioning between life stages—can feel like an existential collision of identity and control. I support you through these "in-between" moments by helping you lower the volume on the anxiety that comes with change. We will work together to build flexible coping strategies that allow you to navigate uncertainty while staying grounded in your values and self-understanding.

  • Trauma is more than a memory of a past event; it is something the mind and body continue to "hold" in the present. My approach to trauma-informed care is rooted in the understanding that your symptoms—in however they manifest were once survival strategies. I provide a safe, affirming space where we move at a pace that respects your nervous system, ensuring you feel challenged but not pressured.
